Volunteer Roles

Event Coordinator
Assist with event setup, registration, guest management, and on-ground coordination during festivals and exhibitions.

Photography & Media
Document events through photography, videography, and live social media coverage to amplify our cultural storytelling.

Art Workshop Support
Support Mithila art instructors during workshops, assist participants, manage materials, and help create a welcoming learning space.

Guest Relations
Welcome visitors, guide guests through exhibitions, answer questions, and ensure a warm, inclusive experience for all attendees.

How to Apply

Choose an Event
Browse the upcoming events above and select one that fits your schedule and interests. Each event has different volunteer roles available — from event setup to guest registration to photography.

Submit Your Application
Click "Apply as Volunteer" on your chosen event and fill out the short application form. Tell us a bit about yourself, the role you're interested in, and your availability. Takes less than 5 minutes.

Our volunteer coordinator will contact you within 3–5 business days with confirmation and further details. You'll receive a briefing packet before the event with everything you need to know.
